Tonight, tonight

The Album Leaf was awesome. Some people there, not so awesome.
Anyway.

I was on the bus back with Dex and Milton when a bunch of his old church friends (who hadn’t seen them in a long time) came on board and started talking to us. Obviously we were making a lot of noise… then this very obviously austistic kid comes on board and starts yelling at one of them. Apparently they knew him (his name was Jeremy). After a while, they got off and he remained on the bus… people moved away from him and sat elsewhere. I dropped off two stops later, along with Jeremy.

Walked back into Evergreen Avenue and I realised that Jeremy was walking behind me. Went inside my house and he walked past it… then it hit me. A really long time ago, my dad told me about the family at Primrose with an austistic kid, and his name was Jeremy. Same guy.

Well, damn.
