Did you know that Outlook displays our OkaySmeeky emails as sent from “abc at smeek.net on behalf of abc at gmail.com”?
That means all our wonderful Windows-based clients (including and especially Sobz!) can see our Gmail addresses! There goes all our professionalism built up over the years. Oh noes :/
The “new” rig seems to be working out pretty nicely. Kai GSE came up to us after our set yesterday and asked how I got that huge, round tone (low-pass filter, everybody… it’s all about the sensitivity knob) and Shi Nokia said some really nice things in general as well. I just realised the iPod Touch has been hacked to run 3rd party apps (including the all-important Calendar.app that actually lets you add events) for a while already. It’s going to be the first thing I’ll buy when I ORD, or when I get my next freelance job…
