Stars was good. Not Death Cab for Cutie awesome (sorry Stace!), but it was good. Torq climbed out and over rows of seats and stood in the middle of the crowd and sang to everyone during Calendar Girl — I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone perform with as much emotion as him. The Esplanade sound engineer didn’t do justice to the album at all, though — wish they could’ve had someone better doing the mix. Oh well.
So Stars was great, and K looked damn good. As usual. It’s not an obsession, I swear… I think it’s more eye-candy than anything else. Whatever — I’m not complaining.
